A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) is successfully received.

2. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other available payment options.
In case of payment failure, the booking will be considered invalid.
Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel’s policy and the time of cancellation.
Some bookings may be non-refundable or carry special conditions. Please check hotel-specific policies before confirming.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation).

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
