- Customers must carry a valid photo ID and confirmation receipt at the time of boarding.
4. Fares & Payments
- Fares are subject to availability and change at booking time.
- Prices are inclusive of taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds depend on operator policies.
- Service charges may be non-refundable.
6. Rescheduling & Modifications
Changes are subject to operator rules and availability.
7. Responsibilities of Customers
- Arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes before departure.
- Carry valid travel documents.
8. Operator Responsibilities
Bus operators are responsible for safety, punctuality, and service quality.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The Company acts as a complete bus booking platform, in conjunction with the Bus Operators.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, etc.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer data will be used only for booking purposes as per Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Tour Group Person
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Operator
If cancelled by the operator, customers may get a full refund or reschedule option.
3. No Show Policy
No refund for group passengers failing to board on time.
Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions
- Confirmed bus booking as per chosen class/operator.
- Operator-provided amenities (AC, Wi-Fi, blankets, etc. if applicable).
- One standard baggage + one hand baggage as per operator rules.
Exclusions
- Meals, snacks, or beverages unless included by operator.
- Travel insurance or medical expenses.
- Transfers to/from bus boarding points.
- Extra baggage charges beyond limits.
- Expenses due to delays, breakdowns, or natural calamities.
Important Information for Passengers
- Passengers must report at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Valid photo ID and e-ticket are mandatory.
- Standard baggage allowance applies; Company not liable for loss or theft.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited onboard.
- Bus timings are subject to traffic, weather, and operator schedules.
