Our Role

At Lotus Buddhist Tours, we offer direct services for hotels and tour packages and serve as a booking platform for standalone services, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and similar offerings provided by third-party providers.

• Booking of travel services
• Collection of payments
• Processing of refunds (subject to the cancellation policies of the respective third party)

Responsibility of Third Parties

All responsibilities relating to pricing, modifications, service quality, and delivery lie directly with the respective vendor or merchant. Prices displayed are as per the provider and may change without prior notice.

Amendments & Disputes

In some cases, guests may be required to coordinate directly with the third-party vendor:

• Flights: We provide PNR numbers so guests can directly contact the airline’s customer service.
• Car/Bus Services: We share the agent details and contact numbers provided to us for assistance.

Our Direct Responsibility

For services booked directly with us — such as tour packages, Lotus Nikko Hotels, the Buddhist Circuit Train, and similar services — Lotus Buddhist Tours will remain fully responsible for all amendments, support, and service delivery.
