YES! We offer customized itineraries tailored to your interests, budget, and travel dates. Please provide us with your specific requirements, and our experts will design a personalized tour plan tailored to your needs.

While some flexibility might be possible, significant changes to pre-booked elements, such as hotel check-in/out times, flight schedules, or the non-refundable policy of any partner (like car rental, bus provider, flights, hotels etc.), may not be feasible for us to change, as they are often beyond the company's control.

Generally, packages include accommodation (twin sharing basis), private air-conditioned transportation, sightseeing activities, and meals. Always check the detailed inclusions for your specific package.

This varies. For group tours, a tour manager/leader might accompany the group. However, for some custom packages, such as self-guided tours, we will provide only drivers, and local guides are available at additional charges (client expense) at various locations.

Accommodation class (e.g., 3-star, heritage hotels) is usually specified in a tour package. Yes, you can often request specific hotels; however, this may impact the overall cost.

Companies typically provide air-conditioned cars or larger vehicles, such as Tempos, Mini Coaches, or large coaches, for larger groups. You can also request more luxurious vehicles at an extra cost.

Travel Documents & Essentials

Yes, foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa to enter India. However OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) cardholders generally do not need a visa to enter India. Contact your nearest Indian Embassy or Visa Centre for information. E-visa facilities are available for citizens of many countries.

Your passport should have a minimum of six months' validity beyond your planned departure date from India, and it should have at least two blank pages for immigration stamps.

Always carry your booking confirmation letter or voucher, along with a valid ID proof (passport for international travelers, Aadhaar/PAN card for Indian nationals).

We provide a dedicated tour manager contact number (via WhatsApp) for assistance during your trip. They will coordinate with drivers and guides and offer solutions to any issues that may arise.

We will assist in arranging medical facilities. It is highly recommended, though, to have a comprehensive travel insurance plan that covers medical emergencies.

We do not include travel insurance in our packages. It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance from your home country, which covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other related expenses.

In such unforeseen scenarios, we will typically follow government guidelines, which may include mandatory mask-wearing, quarantine (if applicable), and social distancing.
